I am a psychotherapist who works with adults seeking deep, lasting healing. My approach is grounded in mindfulness, somatic awareness and the depth psychology of Carl Jung. I believe we are not separate from nature - we are nature. When we learn to listen to our bodies and reconnect with our inner rhythm, healing unfolds.

In addition to traditional talk therapy I integrate holistic and somatic techniques to support emotional regulation, trauma resolution and nervous system healing. We will invite the body into the conversation. When words fall short, the body speaks.
I also hold a professional interest in the emerging field of psychedelic-assisted therapy and its potential to catalyze insight and transformation when approached with respect, preparation and integration.
